Question about a good stradagy game.

OK, i've played lots of stradagy games but I haven't been able to find a good global stradagy game where you control a country and are able to launch nukes at other countries. The only game ive found is hearts iron 3 but thats not good enough. does anyone know a game where you can nuke your opponant in global scale or on tactical scale, kinda like Supreme Commander as in tactical.
