Question about Astro Mixamp? (Must have experience w/ mix amp)

1. When the Game-to-voice balance knob is set in the middle and i adjust the master volume, It is WAY too loud and i only have it like at 40% volume level. and i can barely i mean BARELY hear my friends talk.

2. When im trying too communicate with my teammates, I can barely hear them when the balance knob is in the middle and the Master volume is at like 40-60 percent. So i do try fixing this by turning the balance knob more to the voice, but the problem is i have to turn in WAY WAY too far to the voice. Like almost having it ALL THE WAY to the right.

Is this normal?

Like how much do YOU have to turn the Balance Knob towards the voice to get your even "Mixture" of chat and game volume?Becuse i feel i have to turn it WAY to far to the right(turning it right is more voice than game volume) to get chat volume at a good level.

please help ME with everything!
