question about dual displays

Ok just currious here about dual monitor displays.

What exactly could I do with this?

For instance I was wondering if I could play a game like toca racer 3 and instead of split screen can each monitor be used by different players.

yeah I have couple games on pc that are split screen, toca racer game and guitar hero 3

just thought it would be cool if I could, was gonna go buy another dvi to hdmi cable for other tv
