Question about Geforce 8800 GTX and 8800 Ultra

I'm just wondering what the main difference between these two cards is, since they both have the same amount of video RAM and all, what's the advantage of the Ultra over the GTX?Fenix_Darkblaze

They are practically the same card except the Ultra has higher clock speeds. So basically, the Ultra is a GTX that has been oc'ed.

Ever think that people buy Ultra because they want to over clock it more than a GTX can go for? Just what Spliff said. Dang it.

If there is something out there that is TOP OF THE LINE no matter how expensive, people will buy it.

The bandwidth and texture fillrate is also higher on the ultra not just that its clocked higher.
