Question about GTA IV PC system requirements

Hey all,

I'm really on the edge on buying this game.

I have a:

AMD Athlon X2 4000+ 

2 GB of RAM

ATI Radeon X1950 pro HIS  512 MB

Windows XP SP2

So far this machine has played everything on high (Crysis (On XP settings) with no lag, Assassin's creed on high and Callout 3 on high). 

I was wandering do you tihnk I will be able to play GTA IV?

I personaly think they are over exagerating the system requirements a tad bit.
