As said servers are going to go down January (31st I believe). Right now they are taking no new subsribers, and haven't merged the subscription content on the free servers. Some of us are working on at the very least getting the patches/subscription content into the single player game...Perhaps someday we'll even get some private server/LAN patches going.

super awesome I would really like to experience some of the "user subscription" content when i play single player. JW how good is the game without it, is there even that much that it makes a difference. I'm not asking if you like the game or not just if the content is good.

Hanbitsoft a korean company acquired the IP for both Hellgate: London and Mythos from Flagship studios. According to them they are in the works on a expansion for Hellgate London. However they won't comment on whether they will keep the US and EU servers running. If they do anything for us it will probably be new servers, but thats meaningless to me if I am going to lose all my character data. I want to play HGL again, but the idea of putting anymore time into a character thats just going to get deleted in a few months seems pointless.

I'd love to see them keep the US and EU servers up and running. I made the mistake of paying for the Lifetime founder's subscription and would like to get my money's worth out of it. But if they don't carry that over the I guess myself and any others who paid that price are S.O.L.

The game is dead...I am a founder..or is it, was a founder? Anyways let the thing die and Bill Roper needs to be black listed from the gaming industry. The game could of been so SO great but instead all we got was empty promises and ripped off of our founder subscriptions. Anything Roper touches will never get my money and if I saw him on the street...I'll leave it at that.

I never paid anything more than the 30 dollars to buy the game, so I guess I am not as soured on it as you. I would think Hanbitsoft would have some US servers for us they opened a development studio in the US to make new Hellgate content. Of course I realize just because they have a studio here doesn't necessarily mean they will have servers for us as well. But I think they are in the position to keep the servers running I hope they do. I don't want my blademaster to die.
