I have this card installed, and have done nothing but keep the drivers updated. Am I able to overclock it? It is the "overclocked" edition, does that mean it is already OC'd?

it already has overclock but its nothing spectacular.. you can improve on it manually greatly..
simply go get msi afterburner os evga's precision off their respective websites and then do the following:
once installed and the program is started move the fan speed slider to its very end then move the core and memory sliders
i like to move them in increments of 15020 memory 5-10 shaders then save the results.. continue this process until you lose stability. and start seeing your screen go funny. wind it back and cut the increments in half.. keep doing this until you have achieved what you feel is your best results.
then save one last time.
check the temp.. drop the fan speed now until you hit over 85 dagrees celsius this last step is more of a preferantial thing as it helps reduce noise but to each his own..
to be certain you have good final results go play a game of bfbc2 or crysis or run a benchmark like unigine heaven for like 15minutes - 1/2 hour.. if things go flaky like artifacting or other messed up visual issues. go back and drop your core and memory clock s further until they stop making these problems..
tada you just overclocked a videocard!
congrats on your now tricked out preformance!

It also depends on the GPU. You may have a card that won't OC at all or very little from where it currently is....or if you're lucky, it'll allow you to push the clocks up a decent amount.
In general, usually an OC on the GPU generally gives around a 1-5% boost in performance, sometimes more
To truely get a good OC on a GPU pretty much requires volt modding. If you know how, have the programs and want to do such a thing, you can sometimes push some of the GPUs a lot in performance with this method and get a good bump in power from them. Do note that this *may* require an aftermarket cooler to help keep temps low.
Personally, I found that trying to OC my GPU(s) doensn't give much of a performance boost. I see much better results when OC'ing the CPU.
