Hey guys, just have a question about RAM and upgrading it. I bought my computer like 1-2 years ago.

Right now I have 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 9800gtx, and a Q6600.

I'm playing Arma 2, and I can get all the settings to max (but turn down a few options since it doesnt make much of a difference), however, as soon as a bunch of stuff is going on it starts to slow down a bit.

Is this because of the video card or maybe the RAM or?

When I check my processes it shows 1.4GB of RAM is being used, what I'm wondering is if this is accurate of showing I don't need anymore RAM, or if things will start to slow down around 1.5 being used out of 2GB.

I have a feeling it's my card, which I don't want to upgrade for another 2 years if I can help it haha, but if RAM would make a difference I'd do it. But since it shows 1.4/2 it's hard to know if I need it or not.

Thanks guys

If you're running on Vista 4GB of RAM is recommended, if on XP you wont see much benefit from upgrading to more than 2GB
