It would run Battlefield 2, but i still wouldn't recommend that you get it.

How much are you looking to spend on a PC ?

yea im not going to get it. my dad is looking to spend around 700. nothing top of the line but ok to run some fps'. i was just looking around at some parts and it is better to build a computer. i was looking at a intel core 2 duo 2.0, decent motherboard, 1gb of ram, 250 gb harddrive, case, power supply, dvd burner, and GeForce 7900GS 256MBgraphics card for about 600. we already have a monitor and stuff. all those parts are name brand not crap just dont feel like listing all the details.

Sounds pretty good to me. If you live in America make sure you get your parts from Newegg.com , its the cheapest place.

i live in canada so i cant go to newegg but there are some cheap computer part stores in my area. not liquidators wholesalers or something some products are even cheaper than tigerdirect.ca

It can run battlefield 2 on high for sure but that card is not worth it if your gonna play other games.

If that's a prebuilt computer, I would add in another stick of ram just to make sure. BF2 has some pretty big maps, and it might stutter without that second gig.
