I just wanted to know if I could run games like BF Bad company II, Arma II, Modern Warfare 2 and far cry 2 with a Nvidia 9800gtx videocard

Yes on medium to high with 30fps + however this could vary according to the resolurion of your monitor.
Bad Comapny isn't out yet so you gotta hold out on that one. Arma 2 - hell no, at least not reasonably. It a massive hog in terms of GPU/CPU/RAM. It doesn't deserve the term Crysis Killer, but it is.

so, there is a better card than the 9800 gtx. what is it?N250GT,N260GT,N275GT,N285GT,N295GT - all these new cards are better than 9800GTX. Most of these cards have pre-overclocked editions as well from various manufacturers making them even faster than the default Nividia guidelines.

Well I am surprised - I just dont see how it can run that good. I was playing the demo on my old rig and it ran just piss poor(e6750@3.6, 2gb@960, ASUS P5ne-sli, same specs as in sig). Gonna have to try it again. Hoperfully it is better than my initial impressions.
