Am I better off buying a 3500 dollar computer like this

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8208744&type=product&productCategoryId=pcmcat103700050055&id=1165610938116

Or Should I just buy a cheaper computer and put an awsome graphic card in it?

thats one awesome PC but very overpriced IMO. Too bad you can't build one yourself, you'd save a ton of cash. Buying a cheap PC and putting in a nice Video Card won't give you the level of performance a machine like that one would.

I mean I could probably figure out building my own. Its just I have never done it and I am 14. I  Don't want to buy a bunch of parts and that mess it up. Now to save the money =)

Building your own is simple as long as the stuff is compatible. You'd need:

1. Case + Good quality PSU
2. Motherboard
3. CPU
4. RAM
5. Graphics Card
6. HDD + OS Software
7. Optical Drive

Optional stuff - Floppy drive, new monitor, new accessories (mouse, keyboard, speakers etc). You'd save a LOT of money.

maybe you are a bit too young to build a computer but if you feel confident enough then build it. i think you should buy a pre-built system
