I'm thinking of getting into pc gaming and when it comes to video cards is it better to go with a single or a dual? And it looks like they have the same memory, the single is 2gb and the duals are both 1gb. I'm very new to all of this but want the best bang for my buck. Thank you.

In that case, you should probably be posting in the PC Hardware forum.

On second thought I've been waiting to get an answer from you people and the only help I get is this. I think I'll be moving on. Thanks for noting.

I can help. It depends on how good your power supply is, normally it's better just to go with a single card in terms of value. If you can, configure your memory to have around 4gb. So, 2x2gb sticks could work (if you have 4 slots, that leaves room to upgrade to 8gb in the future), or if it's cheaper and your low on money, go with the 4x1gb...It doesn't really impact performance, just upgrade-ability.

I pointed you to a forum where you are more likely to be noticed by the ones who really want to help you, and where your thread would be on topic. I'd have thought that if it was urgent, you'd appreciate being told where to go. How foolish of me. :P

You should be posting this in PC Hardware discussion as pointed out. I also recommend increasing your patience beyond 1 hour and 23 minutes before giving up on a question posted in a forum.
