questions about new pc temps

so i just build a new rig last night.

phenom x3 720 (overclocked to x4 3.4ghz)

aftermark xigmatek hsf

4890.

when i open up any temperature monitor program such as speedfan or hwmonitor it shows that all my cores are at 0 degrees with temperatures 1,2,3 at around 34, 52, and 80? This is under full load.

Why do i not have any core readings?

What are temperatures 1-3

and why no matter what i am doing is temp 3 always 80?
