So I'll be getting my new pc in 5 to 7 days, here are the specs:HP Pavilion A6200N Desktop PC (AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor 5000+, 2 GB RAM, 360 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium) But the video card sucks. I know I already post this 2 days ago, but no one really helped me. All I'm asking is this a good video card to play games like world in conflict and gears of war.

PNY Verto GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB DDR3 PCIe VCG86GTSXPB, Features full support of DirectX 9 and DirectX 10 for games, plus the ultimate HD movie experience with HD-DVD and Blu-ray movie playback capability.

And (IF) it will, can play these games on high setting?

I think most people agree here that the only graphic card worth buying right now is some sort of GeForce 8800. They make 5 different types so look online and see which one you can afford. Personally I have a 8800 gts with 640 mb of memory. I would pass on the 320 mb memory one since the price difference isn't that great and also they just came out with a new one to replace the 320 mb card which performs much better in comparison testing.

This belongs to PC hardware and most newer games will only run on medium settings.
