goty editions vary.. in more cases than not they actually DONT addanything. in fact the only ones i can think of are batman AA, guildwars, and.. thats about it actually..
COD 1 and No One Lives Forever also have GOTY editions. Usually i just google it and look for a description at somewhere that is selling it and it says what is extra.
wikipedia may help, product descriptions on game sites will help, actual game site should list differences. If you don't find any list of specials in a GOTY edition then chances are they just slapped GOTY on the box patched the game up, maybe added free content etc and want to get some more sales.
