Sure will, just get a nice graphics card DirectX 10 support.

Processor shouldn't be a problem.  The graphics card might.  If you have this processor and are running an old video card, the game may not run smoothly.

The video card is a little lacking, but you shouldnt have any problems. Next time, try the PC hardware forum. Or better yet, look at the side of the game box. It'll tell you if you meet the requirements and recommended.

Trust me. You will be fine. I have the same card (overclocked though, 512mb version) and I run BF2 on High with decent framerates with 64 players and I only have 1gig of memory. BF2 and BF2142 aren't as demanding of games as people say they are.

However, if you want to play it on high with better resolutions than 1024x768, definitely get a better card. Your 4gb of memory will pretty much pwn any loading times, and your processor sounds good too. If your fine with mostly high settings at 1024x768, then your card won't be a problem.
