"Could not load library file" Left 4 Dead 2

I saw some people saying i should verify GCF but i don't know how to do it. I am currently using windows 7 ultimate.Please help !

open steam ---> go to your game list ----> select L4D2 ----> right click -----> select properties ----> go to the local files tab ----> select vertify integrity of game cache.

try to delete the game and let it re-instal, if that doesn't work, re-instal steam.
