Was I the only one utterly peed off by that MGS reviews, it sounded like a clueless fanboy was reviewing it. Has anyone taken a close look at the technical side of MGS4, its not even in the same generation as Crysis, and graphically, crysis is still much superiour, hell there is about 5 games on the PC with technical marvel and graphics that obliterate MGS4.

Note: I wouldn't mind if he had said arty style, but the reviewer specifcally chose to say its the best technically and graphically

Yes! We shall take over Cnet and call it PCnet, it wouldn't even cost much to change the name.

I don't know if Kevin VanOrd's games collection in his profile is up to date, but if it is, he doesn't actually own Crysis - and considering how he didn't review the PC version, it's possible he's never played it. The highest spec games in his library are either Prey or F.E.A.R, by the looks of things.

He's a console gamer and a console reviewer, and his writing reflects that.

Yeah, that made him lose all credibility. I mean, has he seen Crysis? Really.

His reasoning would probably be "they told me to".

By they, I mean CNET.

It doesn't mean he shouldn't have basic gamer knowledge and know how good Crysis graphics are.

I agree - I wasn't defending his actions, I was explaining them.

Besides, as I mentioned in another thread, he may well technically be correct. He says it's the most advanced video game. PC games aren't video games, they're computer games.

CRYSIS! CRYSIS! CRYSIS!

my PC can't even get a solid frame on all high settings, I play at medium and it still looks great.

I just hope I can get warhead to reach above 35 FPS. (I have never had crysis over 35 on any settings)

In adapting the play to film, the title was changed from The Madness of George III to The Madness of King George. [...] the title change derives from the fear that American audiences would think the film was a sequel, due to the Roman numerals.

yeah true, don't why GS makes such ridiculous claims, why can't they keep it just at one of the most technically stunning games. same with aoc. in that they wrote "with the issues solved it will become the best mmo"
