You should be ok. ALthough i'm not 100% sure that your processor is supported by the game.

Even though the processor is a bit older it will handle the game.

Hey, good choice, Vegas is alot of fun. If you have someone willing to play the game co-op with you, definitely give that a try also!

This is actually the game that convinced me to build a new machine though, my old rig was somewhat similar to yours:

AMD Athlon XP 3200+
MSI nForce 2 K7N2
OCZ 1GB DDR 400
XFX Geforce 6600GT (AGP)
XP Home 32-bit

I guess the game was technically playable at low resolutions 800X600, 1024X768, but it wasn't that pretty, the framerate was just too low for my taste. Your machine should do a little better than that one though.

My new machine handles the game just fine though:

Intel C2D E6600
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
GeIL 2GB DDR2 800
EVGA GeForce 8800GTS
Vista Ultimate 64-bit

So, I'm thinking you'll be ok to play the game. It just might not run quite as well as what you are used to.

Is this the same version that came out for the Xbox 360?
