Ram only showing 2Gb?

I have Corsair 4gb ( 2 x 2 ) XMS2, i was launching perfect world today and i saw "Memory 2048Mb" ... I've had this computer for 2 weeks, im getting worried. How do i check if its 2 and 4? And what do i do to fix it?

But you shouldn't be worried about it tho cuz my laptop does the same, I had 3gigs of rams and it reads only 2gig, that's Vista for ya..... the 32bit one.Dogswithguns

i also depends on how much video memory you have.....in my laptop i have 3gb and vista 32 bit recognizes all of it....maybe one stick is defective in your laptop? or maybe you have a lot of video memory?
