OKay Finally got my computer up and running Yay! It's awseome, im installing drivers right now. So my questions are

1. It's only showing my computer as having 3.25gb ram.. How do i fix this, i clearly have 4gb. I'm using Windows Xp Professional Sp3.

What programs do i need? Cpu-Z, Gpu-Z, Real Temp, Hardwear Moniter and Prime95?

Thats a limitation of 32 bit OS, u can only use 3GB, if u want to use all 4 GB then u gotta get urself a 64 bit OS,

U dont really need those programs, unless ur going to overclock, those programs just push ur PC and see if the PC is stable.

I also have 4GB ram, and w8ing for windows 7 to go 64 bit, im gonna skip vista completly

Then all u need is prime 95, the other programs just monitor ur PC, if u list ur PC specs then maybe some of us can say if it will run crysis or not

I Installed CCC as well but i can't open it. Does anyone know how?

Try google folding@home, theres ur answer, if ur running that and u get 65c, then chek ur gpu fan. That new card shouldnt b running that hot, even doing folding.

Correct me if im wrong

32bit OS make use of 4GB, not 3GB. What happens though with a 32bit OS is that it also takes into account what your GPU VRAM is. So if you have a graphic card that has 896MB RAM, the 32bit OS adds that into the equation and makes use of that first. Then your 32bit OS make use of whatever RAM you have available that completes the equation to make a total of 4GB. For someone that has a GPU that has 512MB of memory and 4GB of RAM installed on the MB for their 32bit OS, they're going to see that they should have around 3.5GB of RAM being used. Because the OS takes into account first the VRAM from the GPU and makes use of as much of the 4GB installed RAM (which would be around 3.5GB) to max out it's 4GB RAM limit. That's basically how it works. There's more to it, but that's a very simplified version.

Np. i worked out CCC, and i bumped the fans to 70% according to CCC the activity ( im guiessing load is) 99% and the Temp is 55C. Is that good? How do i know if the video card is overheating or getting to hot when i play a game like crysis for example?

no matter what hardware you have a 32bit os cannot support more than 3-3.5ghb system ram.

Generally you'd like to see temps on GPUs not exceed 90 for long periods of time. Most people have temps ranging from mid 60s to mid 80s under full load - it all depends on what GPU you have, if you have more then one (SLI/Crossfire) and how well air flows through your tower to keep things cool. If you can run cooler, great!

its simple if u start to notice visual artifacts in game like flashing pixels or large long lines sticking out of things would be the most obvious.
