I will be OCing most likely, need 4gb. ddr2.

OCZ makes good RAM for OCing. They make special modules with heatpipes and extra cooling.

What CPU do you have,,,if its a quad then 800Mhz should be fine,,,if its a 45nm dual then 1066Mhz just to be safe.
