Rig

NVIDIA 8800GS

E4400, 2GHZ Dual COre

3GB DDR3 RAM.

300 GB Hard Drive

20GB Storage Drive.

Any other specs that I should put?

I have around 450$ to spend this christmas on an upgrade, should I just get some games? I was thinking of getting a better Processor, but after playing Bioshock perfectly, I didn't really think I needed it.

I would suggest a better processor if you want to spend some money, although the current one is fine. I hope thats DDR2 RAM, because you could upgrade to 4GB RAM cheaply and then wouldnt need to upgrade for a while.

When I go to performance test, thats the exact system specs, so I'm not sure if there is something wrong, and yes it is DDR3

if your pc does everything you want fine then dont waste your money on upgrades, wait until something worthwhile comes out.

no point getting DDR3 RAM so im guessing your usiong one of the intel motherboards they are the only ones that support DDR3.

DDR2 has been getting same benchmarking results then with DDR3, you should of just gotten a 680i SLI motherboard so then in the future you can put another 8800 GTS on there.

but anyway though that rig is very good though DDR3 right now is just a waste of money.
