Your machine is very good in my opinion. Only you can decide when it's time to upgrade!

There's no point in upgrading anything in your system at the moment - DX11 cards are right around the corner, and nothing short of going SLI / crossfire or dropping serious change on a GTX 295 / i7 setup is going to offer you a life-changing improvement in current games. Wait for the DX11 GPUs and upgrade then if you're itching for more performance.

Can you play all the games you want to on your current rig? If yes then dont upgrade...if No then there probably still isnt any point in upgrading because all your tech is the still new.

no need to upgrade unless you play at 1680x1050 / 1920x1200 and that upgrade is only justifiable when there will be DX11 game by next year include Battlefield Bad company II : Bad company II will Look much better on pc :D
