Its pretty decent. It will do fine for games now but I don't think it has alot of potential come next year and it seems like $40-50 could of gotten you much more
The problem I have is that the powersupply is 500watt yet you couldn't squeeze a 7770 in there for 15 more bucks. Also if you can't afford a six core amd processor then a FX-4100 should only be $25-30 more then the x4 640 (Not only that but a FX-4100 will force you to buy a AM3+ motherboard and that will allow you to upgrade to a 6/8 core processor later down the road).
He's made a bunch of help threads recently regarding upgrades so I don't think he actually owns the setup he listed (im guessing he wants feedback).
Hmmm....

If this is the case then don't post in the "rate my setup" thread (its only for bulids that you actually own).

Ah, well that wasn't very clear in the original post as it just lists off some random PC parts with no further elobaration :P
We'll first off a little more information would be nice...... (all you did was list a bunch of parts with literally no explanation of what the situation is).so as of now all i see are 2s so what do i need to improve after this is a budget build

How in the hell can we help you if we don't know your budget or if you even own the rig ? (you need to be more clear if you want help)
In terms of improvements I already posted what you should do if you don't already own the system yet. If you did already buy the parts then keep saving your money
I'm sorry. I should've told ya'll that I was trying to make a budget rig and I wanted to make sure it was good enough.

lol dude... re-read (if u even read it in the first place) everything mastershake575 told you.
you completely ignore him and he is answering literally every single question you have.
help them help you :o
lol man you need to say how much money, as in dollars and cents that you have for this build. Â otherwise we can't help you. Â
Is it $500 for just the tower? Or $500 for everything including: -Tower -Monitor -Operating System -Assorted peripherals $500 for just the tower = okay build that should handle games decently. $500 for everything above probably won't get you much.I guess I plan on at least spending about $500

7/10 as a budget rig.
Giving it a 7 because it won't max out games in 1080p. Duh, but still good enough to play any modern game at relatively good settings.
Compared to modern builds today... 3-4/10. Most users here aren't used to seeing real world peformances of a low-end gaming rig. They could really pack a punch when overclocked.
