Is it worth $70. I'm hearing ALOT of good things about this headset, and the ratings on newegg are amazing as well.

In my opinion, Razer makes good mice, but unfortunately they don't reach very strong in the headphones. I am sure it's fine for games, but I wouldn't expect much in quality sound, just loud booms and bangs I imagine.

I hear it's awseome sound quality. I'm just trying to see if anyone here who's tried it agrees. All it's reviews from multiple sites including newegg say nothing bad about it at all.

Its a good headset, I own it. It feels really comfortable , and the sound quality is pretty good. If your not an audiophile, I think its worth it.

I think an audiophile is someone who listens to music in such a way that they strive for perfection when it comes to audio playback, whether its software or hardware, and really really listen to the music in great detail.

phille = to obsess over audiophile = to obsess over audio quality Audio Technica AD700s can be had for $90 and should be a lot better than anything Razer makes

I'm not an audiophile so i guess the razer carcharis will do fine. And the audio sounds good but i'm already spending 20$ over my budget so.
