Really need help with Saitek "pro gamer command unit"

I bought it and love it but I can't use it with Unreal tournament 3 and crysis.

I was able to use it with Battlefield 2142 but every time I play I have to re input the keys again and again into the option.

Does anyone who have one know a way to get it to work with these games?

Hmm.....This may sound very stupid, but, first off, is your computer shutting down properly? since if it's not, it may not be saving the settings, so be sure for it to shut down properly and it will save all the recent changes you made, and my other guess is that the games dont fully support that piece of hardware.
