actually right now the 8800gt is better than that one if you want to spend extra get the 512mb version of the 8800gtIts a little more than I wanna spend but this card looks amazing what do you think?

Those are bad timings, and also, running a single stick cuts the memory bandwidth in half because it's not running in dual channel.
About the video cards, the 8800GT 256mb is great for low resolutions and low AA, but don't expect it to run as well as an HD3870 in high resolutions and with lots of AA.
If 200$ is your price range, the 8800GT 256 is good. But if you can spend more, get the HD3870 or the 8800GT 512mb.
