Recent thoughts about soon to be released games

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Is it possible to create an expansion pack for this game. If held true to the first it can only be the best game of the year. I am curious how long the playable single player will be.

Farcry 2 - Graphical we now this will game will be the successor of the first farcry. Can this game re-break the mold ..does it need to.It pulls ideas from the STALKER and I am looking forward to see their live changing world.

Red Alert 3 - Great looking game ..... What I have seen lately from the C&C franchise is just all fluff. I do not want to play a gmae soley becasue of the name of the game. I believe RTS games should provide a better zoom out function such as the one in supreme commander.

Diablo 3 - Lets hope they do what made the first one great...simplicity.

Starcraft2 - Blizzard is a company I have always admired and truly trust the product they put out.

Fallout 3 - This game will not be a fallout 1 and 2 clone , that is a good thing. I do not want a remake of a masterpiece. I do want a remix of one and that is what I think this will be.

I really trust Blizzard's quality in terms of games. I of course can't wait for Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 (whenever that does come out).

Spore is up in the air for me... could be good...could be bad.

Far Cry 2 -- Open-world goodness, tons of weapons and vehicles, destructable environments, fire propagation. Need I say more?

Left 4 Dead -- A return of sorts to the Doom-style hordes of enemies, in this case, all zombies. 4-player co-op, made by Valve, will use Steam and updated Source engine, awesome AI director which, even by itself and not counting user-created content (which we'll definitely see, this being a Valve Source game), will make the game insanely replayable. Again, need I say more?
