Recommend me some games to buy from Steam :)

My parents hate using their cedit card on the internet so I decided to start buying Visa gift cards. The maximum the store can give me is a $50 one. Anyway, I have the games I want to buy with my first card:

Source Multiplayer Pack - $29.95
Half-Life 1 Anthology - $14.95
Wolfenstein 3D - $4.95

Now I'm not sure what to get with my second card since I don't know if people still play the games frequently (Red Orchestra, The Ship, etc). I've already decided on Garry's Mod, but don't really know what else to pick. Could you guys give me some suggestions?

PS: I already have the Orange Box :)

If you read my whole post you would see that I already have the Orange Box. I'm getting Wolfenstein because it's a great classic and there really isn't anything else for $5 that interested me.

Already played those to death on the 360, it's a shame really :(

I'd recommend Doom 3 and its expansion, Resurrection of Evil, in some package. I bought just those together.

I also recommend the three 3D GTA games. I'm not sure if you can get just those, though. I'm lookin' at getting the GTA package.

PS: I already have the Orange Box :)

Buy it again, trust me it's worth it :D. Other than that, if you don't have it Civilization 4 + BTS, or Medieval 2:TW.

it depends on what type of game you want.

steam pretty much owns the pc gaming industry now, you can find anything on there.

I wholeheartedly recommend Disciples II if you're into some fantasy turn-based strategy and The Longest Journey for some point 'n click adventuring. Those two are some of the best games I've ever played.

Woah what the hell man?! Why are you dissing Wolfenstein that game rules!

CS:S is still great and has a load of players. DOD:S, Red Orchestra, the Ship etc don't really have that many players anymore. But +1 billion to Psychonauts if you didn't get it already. And Sam and Max is good too!
