Recommend me some good Historical RTS games that...

Can run on this pisacrap PC: Celeron 2.4GHz,768MB RAM and 64MB Intergrated Video,now before you recommend AoE 2 or something extremely old,i'll have you know that this intergrated video CAN run Empire Earth II,Rome: Total War and Rise of Nations,though not even close to max in those games.

P.S. The RTS MUST have 3D Grafx (Even if they're plain old Dx 7 grafx,they still look better than RoN) AND good diplomacy options (I hate to have to fight early on,i want to at least have some time to turtle)

And i already tried AoE 2,its overrated IMO.

AO2 over rated ? did you even play the game with friends online or the campains and are you playing the origanal game alone or with the expansion

and btw, AOE2 is awesome...how could u not like it?

Mina Criteria:

Must have 3D grafx (3D >>>> 2D)
Must have at least some basic dimplomacy options (Tributes,Peace,Alliance,War,etc)
Must have a GOOD territory/border system (Something like Empire Earth 2's or even Rome: Total War)
Scenario/Map Editor.

Secondary Criteria:

Abiltiy to build Roads and Walls.
Has modern day epochs and units (Tanks,Bombers,etc)
