Crysis Franchise

The Witcher 2

Skyrim with a lot of mods

But I would start with Unigine Valley Benchmark

Crysis 3 with full details does a good job of pushing hardware, and the first 'boat/raining' level looks REALLY nice :) Metro 2033 is another system-stressing game.

Crysis series

Far Cry 3

Batman Arkham City

There's more, but that's what I can think of for the moment. I'm really enjoying Far Cry 3's vistas at the moment. :)

Metro 2033... If you can run this game at 30FPS+ at 1920 by 1080 on Very High with tessellation and DOF on along with 4x MSAA then you can play any game at 1920 by 1080. Its the only benchmark you need.
