red alert 3 question

you know the soviets have that magnetic ray that sucks up things into space.when you upgrade it you can move it around and it has a multi directional green logo in the middle of it.How do i move it around?crazyfist36

Heh, I learned right from the start, but its rather difficult to control.

Clicking in the fog of war results a de-select, and sometimesclicking o top of enemy units causes to click to see its name and picture.
