Hello. I hope this is not a wrong place for this post. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have an old pc. My monitor work fine but whenever I turn on my Pc the monitor don't display any graphics? What wrong with it? Thanks...

... What are the parts of your computer, what's the monitor, how do you have it hooked up, what noise does the pc make etc.. etc... Can't help you if you give absolutely zero info.

If the monitor works great on other PCs, it's either your MOBO or GPU - depends on where you connect it.

@GTR12 Yes... @PredatorRules I connect my graphic cards and without graphic cards on my old pc no picture display but on my new pc wth the same graphic cards it works. So I'm a bit confused now...

@4Sir: dont be , there is an option in your bios setting to setup the hdmi as main port . or maybe your port in your mobo is defected .

That would mean one of a few things, as I understand it, it works on your new PC, and it doesn't work on your old PC? is that correct?

1. Your old PC cannot supply enough power to adequately power your graphics card, so you wont get a display.

2. You forgot to attach the additional power for the graphics card when you swapped it into the old PC.

Either one of those, or your MOBO PCIe x16 slot got f%cked up.
