Reset PC option in Win 10

HI everyone, haven't been on here in quite awhile. I was just wondering if anyone has used this option in Win10 and had thoughts on how well it worked vs reinstalling the old fashioned way. Any thoughts or tips would be welcomed!

@jpm27: It works just like the old-way, just faster, you might need to reinstall drivers for things after its done.
