Its only good if you have a co-op buddy. If you don't, then it starts to border on frustrating levels.
The game is pretty fun, especially if you do co-op. I find three things frustrating however:
1) The inventory system. Jesus, we're not playing **** Final Fantasy are we? You couldn't come up with a better system? Wearing a bulletproof vest takes up an inventory slot...okay...
2) Lack of ammo. I know the Resident Evil series is supposed to be survival-horror, but RE5 plays like an action game. Unless you use your ammo sparingly and rely on melee and the cattle prod (which takes up another inventory space, hooray), which is dangerous considering the risk of being in melee range of enemies, you'll have to go through previous chapters in search of ammo.
3) You can't move while aiming. Not even walk. You have to stand completely still to even shoot your pistol. Again, I know it's supposed to be survival-horror and add a sense of tension, but like I said, it's actually more of an action-horror game therefore it just becomes frustrating the majority of the time.
Id say yes, I paid full price for it and I think it was worth it. Even though it gets stupid towards the end.RaverousoAgreed.
