hey guys, i have a question about the response time specifications for LCD HDTV's. Basically is there a maximum recommendation if you are going to be playing games on it, for example dont exceed 8ms or whatever? Im curious because i will be purchasing a tv in the near future and do not want it to have problems with blurring and such. any info would be greatly appreciated.

8ms or lower is the limit you should aim for though 8ms is cuttin it a bit close[try 6ms to be safe]. All lcds blur, some just arent noticable to an untrained eye. The combination of the respone time of the LCD as well as its various processing technology is what reduces image degradation [Pixel plus, DNIe, V real etc.]. go for a tv that has and touted pixel procession engine of some sort.
