Rift requirements

i was wondering if my computer would be able to run Rift, here are the recommended Operating system:

and i have a

duo core 2.1 ghz 4gigs of ram hd radeon 4570

Your graphics card won't cut full detail and your cpu is gonna be a bit behind but it should be able to run on your computer on low-ish detail judging by those requirements
