Really nice. And go ahead and OC, just keep an eye on temps.

Go for the overclock, but get an aftermarket cooler. I would recommend a aftermarket cooler over stock even if you werent overclocking

Liquid cooling is more expensive but will lower temps more significantly than using air alone. Only OC if you know what you are doing or you can destroy your expensive new PC. A nice sound card will improve sound quality and boost FPS a certain amount. CF two of those cards to almost double FPS in many games. Your slot type only allows for x8/x8 in CF/SLI, caveat emptor. Glad I got my LGA 1366 to be set for a few years until they improve the PCIe lane bandwidth. Make sure it has a decent PSU as well.

There's really no need to OC that thing until your FPS starts suffering and you want a little extra boost, at which point you can pick up something sexy like a Frio. I'm looking into water cooling myself, even though it's not necessary unless you're going for extreme overclocking (I love dem tubes)

i would only say go with Liquid cooling only if you really want to push your system but then again doesn't cyberpower offer free watercooling?? i could of sworn they did...

That's going to be a beast of a rig, and is pretty much the same rig I plan on building for my next PC.

Cheers, man.

good luck to ya

edit : oh, and water cooling? if you think of overclocking as risky then you should probably not attempt a level of overclock that would require water cooling since you could perminently damage your system, or burn your house down or something lol
