I remember i could crank any game on the market to full and it would run smooth as silk, but now, i can barely on all low settings run crysis, and bioshock is stuttering everywhere.here are my specs

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 2189MHz

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT

Memory: 2 gigs

and if i upgrade which should i, the processor or my grfx card?

nope not really outdated if the proc is a dual core no need to upgrade but if it isnt buy a new one or/and buy a new gfx card. its more important and they make the fps differ

The Processor looks a bit dated. I suggest making sure you have all the latest drivers for you Graphics card before shipping yourself a new CPU.

if you want to scan you pc to see what you got I suggest Belarc advisor, it's the best

about your pc I say a 8800 gt if your mobo is pci express and a x1650pro if you got an AGP interface
