Anyway to tinker with the combination of these 2?

Ah, i was under the impression that Rivatuner controlled both...Well, in that case is there a program that can help me monitor CPU fan speeds?
PC Wizard 2008 monitors pretty much everything on your computer, but there's no way to control anything with it.
