Okay, I kinda need help find a specific game about the Roman Empire, if possible, doesn't really have to be, but I prefer it be.

Basically, I'm looking for a game that has Base Building and army management, but large and small in scale. I already played, Rome: Total War and the Exp, so please don't mention that, but is there any other. Is there games similar too it. Yes, I tried, Arthur, Lionheart, and Anno, but they aren't too good.

Caesar IV was kinda nice, although I expected a little more from it. It's a city builder, of course, so army managment is secondary.

There's Grand Ages Rome too. Very pretty, somewhat Caesar like....there is some combat, but it's quite basic [although units have special abilities and gain exp]. Nothing much on a large scale, although the campaign allows you to level up your main character.
