RPGs or Games Where You Can Create Your Own Character?

Ello!! I was wondering if anyone could make a list or a suggestion of any game where you can make your own character, like Neverwinter Nights or Oblivion. Although something modern, i've tries Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale.

except you can't change your character's appearance. each...class has a male and female character model, and the only thing you can do to change its appearance is to pick up new clothes.
