Rpg/shooter hybrids?

At the cost of sounding like a noob, I'm asking for suggestions of games that are FPS with RPG elements. Games like Deus ex, CoD4, and battlefield 2142.

Deus Ex is the classic RPG Shooter, the only other is mass effect and the shooter wasn't executed quite so well

System Shock 2 (BioShock's progenitor, and SS2 is by far the better game with far more developed RPG elements)

Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines

Tron 2.0 (the RPG elements are rather limited, but well implemented)

BioShock (it's RPG lite, but it does have character development, however pointless)

Mass Effect (I haven't played it, but I understand it is pretty much an RPG/shooter)

While it's not out yet, and may not be for some time, Obsidian's Alpha Protocol seems to be an RPG/shooter hybrid.

Mass effect is an rpg, with shooter elements. That's how it feels like to me.

STALKER seems like a shooter with rpg elements.
