Can I run Dead Space maxed with this video card?
Sorry to break it to you man, but in all honesty 50 to 75 dollars won't max out any current game... And i'd be surprised if one maxed out Dead Space. Are you willing to play at Medium-Low Settings?

Radeon HD 5770 @ $144.99 should do the job.
But you must remember it all comes down to the whole pc. What are your current specs? Anything like a crappy CPU etc. can effect the overall performance.
Can you tell us the specs of the rest of the computer? For around $100 this is the best video card you can buy.http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6701580&CatId=3669
It is faster then a 5750 and almost touches the 5770 in a few benchmarks. However, depending on your power supply you may have to use a 5670 instead. Dead Space is not a very demanding game and you should be able to run it very well on cheaper hardware. Depending on your resolution it can be possible to max out the game on something as lowly as a 5670.
My recommendation would be to save up more money. Grab a GTX 460 or AMD equivalent. Elann2008But we don't know his specs yet. He may need a whole other PSU for cards like that, which would bang up the price.
