Looking into HDTVs and was wondering if you have problems with lag while gaming. Thanks in advance for your replies.

DLP is notorious for these problems yes.  But I believe these issues are becoming more and more obsolete.  Don't buy the cheapest DLP and you should be alright on lag.

i've had my 50" samsung 1080p dlp for about 2 months now, and no lag whatsoever. hooked up the xbox 360 with component cables, output set at 1080p and looks great. the only lag you might get is with games that were not designed to output 1080p. i have nba homecourt, and if i set the output to 1080p, the guys move around quite a bit slower (i think it only moves at 30 fps @ 1080p, as opposed to 60 fps @ 720p). anyway, most games coming out now can output 1080p with no lag. i've been playing guitar hero 2 for a week at 1080p with no lag problems at all.
