Samsung Full HD vs LG Full HD lcds

I'm on the lookout for a new Full HD tv lcd to replace my old one, i've found these 2 whichfits my budget.

Just wondering which is better then the other. And if 100hz is essential for gaming? as these are only 50hz i think..

100hz isnt need for gamming and Samsung often have a larger warranty periond compared to that of LG in Australia (I'm asuming that you are in Australia since you linked to Australian web sites)Marka1700

refresh rate seems to matter most in gaming.

Refresh rate is all about fast moving/changing images. I would strongly recomend the 100HZ.

We cant help you with links since most of us are in the U.S.

look around for what you need, but I dont recomend wasting the $$$ for 1080P unless you get above 37"

Thanks guys i've come to the conlusion and decided to save up another thousand and buy the Samsung 650 40inch with 100hz full hd
