It's a completely different interface, you can't use it, unless you want to pick up a SCSI card - and even then I'm not sure if SCSI and Serial SCSI are different interfaces.
SAS (Serial Attached SCSI), you would need a motherboard that specifically supports this, but it would be too expensive, this is a server config. SAS capable motherboards do support SATA hard drives, but not vice-versa. They both use the same SFF plug, but the similarities stop there.
