Actually after the recent videos i've lost some interest for dawn of war 2. Starcraft 2 gameplay looks exremely balanced and smooth as silk. dow2 looks more like a rough diamond atm and its so close to release...

Both will be awesome, especially since I believe that they will add omore content to DoW 2 like they do in Team Fortress 2. But I think that SC 2 will be the better game, but I am scared that it will only be a money game, using the name SC to make sales. The only real dissapointment I have with SC 2 is the lack of the original character models and voice actors. I only started playing SC 1 a few months ago because it was before my time.
DoW 2 will also be very good and will surley be the bloodiest RTS out there. It look more in your face and actiony than SC 2. I didnt play the orignal DoW but i'll be sure t think about getting this one.
its really not a fair comparison. They've announced much more info in dow2 rather than sc2 dow2 will be released sooner and is more polished my best bet is to find a trusted game review website and wait for them to both be released.
I can't wait for DoWII and don't care about SC2 because, to me, the first was a below average RTS, and that's just a nice way of saying complete s****.
