Scariest game out there?

i like the scary stuff, like pop-out and such
i really liked silent hill 4- the room, and ive tried resedent evil.
i heard dead space is sappose to be spooky,

But your guys' opinion, whats the spookiest most jumpy game out there??

After Penumbra, all other horror games will seem like Super Mario. But, you should still checkout Condemned: Criminal Origins. Brutally insane. And pretty creepy.

that penumbra looks a little spooky, i like the interaction with objects.
but when i was watching videos, i noticed it was just alot of walking and not to many enimies.

it "kindof" looks like a toned down version of silent hill.
but i dont know.
so u all say this does it for ya? i might try it.

Take your pick: Penumbra, Call of Cthulhu, Cliver Barkers Undying, System Shock 2

FEAR was scary in some parts. The scariest game ever is Doom 3, i don't think there is anything else that is as scary as that. Just turn the lights off and play in the dark, and turn up your sound and you are in for a good and scary ride :o

The game is 5 years old but still competes with modern games when it comes to graphics.

F.E.A.R is one scary game for me...The graphics and storyline is also good in this game...

Call of Cthulu & Clive Barkers Undying

System Shock 2 got the atmosphere spot on,

but silent hill 1&2 just game me nightmares.

F.E.A.R. and Nosferatu bumped my heard really hard!

F.E.A.R is one scary game for me...The graphics and storyline is also good in this game...

I don't know any of those games but how about this game, has anyone mentioned this one? I for one find it EXTREMLY SCARY!

In my opinion I hate scary game sbut when I saw this one and played it I bassically ran into my room and locked the doors and turned on all the lights...did I mention this was in the daytime?

I am surprised no has mentioned the Faltal Frame series. I have never played them but heard they were up there. Any of u guys play em????
